After purchase, follow the link in your welcome email to download and access the app on Apple or Android. If that doesn’t work, open the app and enter your login credentials from the welcome email manually.
If you hit a paywall, check your subscription is active and linked to your email. Tap Restore (Apple users) or Manage Subscription (other payment methods, use the link in your welcome email).
