How do I log into my app?

After purchase, follow the link in your welcome email to download and access the app on Apple or Android. If that doesn’t work, open the app and enter your login credentials from the welcome email manually.

If you hit a paywall, check your subscription is active and linked to your email. Tap Restore (Apple users) or Manage Subscription (other payment methods, use the link in your welcome email).

Still stuck?

  • Check your internet
  • Restart the app
  • Update the app to the latest version.

If none of these work, contact support with your account email and issue details.

What subscription plans do you offer?

We have multiple subscription plans, including a premium option with personalized coaching and detailed PDF guides. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. By subscribing, you agree to auto-renewal.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime via your device settings:

  • Apple: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

Or use the Manage Subscription button inside the app settings. Need help? Email us or use the Chat button.

Cancellation stops future payments; past payments aren’t refunded.

How do I request a refund?

Request refunds via the Chat button or support@healthium.one. Check our Money-Back Policy for full details. Refunds for personal reasons usually aren’t accepted.

What if the app has issues?

Make sure your device and app are updated. Restart your device. Reinstall the app if needed (you’ll have to log in again). If problems persist, send support detailed info including screenshots and error messages.

How do I manage notifications?

We ask permission to send notifications when you first open the app. To change notification settings later, adjust them via your device:

  • iOS: Settings > Notifications > [App Name]
  • Android: Settings > Apps & notifications > [App Name] > Notifications
